The vendor registration form is for Crafters, Makers and Artists, providers of Healing Services and purveyors of Faeriesque artifacts.
The Faeries of the Greensboro Summer Solstice Festival love handcrafted items.
We no longer accept Multi-Level Marketing/Direct Sales vendors (e.g. dōTERRA, Avon, Usborne, etc.).

Single Space – 10’x10’ – $150.00
(Single spaces can be shared with more than one vendor.)
Double Space – 10’x20’ – $225.00
(Double spaces can be shared with 3 or more vendors and must be
connected. They may not be purchased to use as separate vendor spaces.)
Triple Space – 10’x30’ – $300.00
(This space will accommodate large mobile vendors, such as buses – please contact us BEFORE registering to confirm we have space)
Single Non-Profit Space – 10’x10’ – $125.00
Double Non-Profit Space – 10’x20’ – $200.00
DEADLINE FOR VENDOR APPLICATIONS IS JUNE 5TH OR WHEN ALL SPOTS ARE FILLED, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
SPOTS HAVE FILLED EARLY THE LAST 6 YEARS.
APPLICATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT AND VOIDED AFTER 5 DAYS WITHOUT PAYMENT.
The Greensboro Summer Solstice Festival reserves the right to deny any vendor registration. Any refunds required will be processed minus a $5 processing fee.
Cancellations with a refund are accepted until June 5th, 2020. An administration fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund. After June 5th, cancellations are non-refundable.
Promotion of religion or politics is NOT permitted at this festival.
