PERFORMER AGREEMENT
No live animals, or open flames are permitted in your performance. All music should be either on a CD or in an electronic device that can be easily accessed by our sound person. No locked phones or Ipod type devices can be used. You must check in with the Stage Manager 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled performance time. In order to keep music the highest quality possible, please make sure that your music has been downloaded from a music vending site (i.e., iTunes, Amazon.com, etc.) or has been burned to your computer from a CD. If you have edited your music, make sure you export it out on the highest quality setting to maintain the integrity of the sound quality. If for any reason you find that your troupe cannot perform as agreed, be sure to notify the organizer IMMEDIATELY. We will have performers that may be on a wait list, and can then take your place if needed. All agents of the Greensboro Summer Solstice Festival, the City of Greensboro, the Greensboro Arboretum or Greensboro Parks and Recreation are not responsible for injury, personal or otherwise, or stolen articles at or in route to this event. I authorize the use of my name, likeness, and other information concerning me or my troupe in connection therewith, including promotion in all media for direct promotion of the Greensboro Summer Solstice Festival.
